Nearly one third, over 1500 students, of Western Dubuque CSD Students attend a Parochial school. Parochial transportation is provided by State code,
IAC 285-1 14-17, in one of three ways; direct transportation by district buses to school of attendance, contracting transportation services to a 3rd party to school of attendance, or by parent reimbursement. The method of service is at the sole discretion of the resident school district.
